Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or managerial experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Satisfactory completion of National Retail Hardware Association test within three months of starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in operating the store and ensuring customer service.
• Train and supervise associates to maintain store standards.
• Interact and assist customers throughout the store.
