Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-time Key Lead in Los Angeles to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensuring smooth store operations. You will drive daily sales through excellent customer service and team leadership.

The role involves opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, visual merchandising, and reporting analysis, with a strong emphasis on brand culture and customer experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail supervisory or leadership experience not required but preferred.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store as scheduled.
• Operate the register and POS systems accurately.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
