Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise on the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensure smooth store operations.

You will guide daily activities to boost customer experience and sales while maintaining brand standards across displays and stock management. The role emphasizes leadership, initiative, adaptability, and strong communication, with a schedule of 12–16 hours weekly, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, plus peaks during busy periods.

Qualificações

• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to motivate and guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and visual merchandising.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register / point of sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Represent the brand and uphold company culture.

Formação académica
