Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure excellent in-store experiences and meeting daily sales goals. You will lead customer-focused interactions and model brand culture on the sales floor.

The role requires energy, adaptability, and strong communication to manage opening/closing routines, POS usage, omni-channel orders, and visual merchandising while maintaining asset protection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leading groups/teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
