Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to supervise on the sales floor, guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance through customer experience and daily sales achievements.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, product knowledge, display upkeep, and data-informed decision making. This role emphasizes energy, initiative, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/leadership not required but leading groups is a plus.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
