Hendrickson seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the production floor, directly supervising team leaders and hourly associates in Dayton, OH. You will drive safety, quality and productivity with real-time coaching and rapid problem solving.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, housekeeping, and accountability, ensuring training, performance management, and Lean practices across shifts.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing exposure.
• Familiar with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift on the production floor, supervising team leaders and hourly associates.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards.
• Coach and develop staff; manage staffing and performance."
• Participate in problem-solving using 8D methodology to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support training and development to meet productivity goals.
