Qualifications

• Three years of progressive supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example in safety, people, quality, production, and cost.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance for personnel and operations.
• Builds a positive workplace environment with equitable treatment.
• Provides coaching through one-on-ones, evaluations, and daily feedback.
• Ensures adequate staff coverage for all shifts including vacations and absences.
• Manages and coordinates training focused on professional development and team building.
• Maintains product quality and drives continuous improvement in processes.
• Manages manufacturing costs including consumables, scrap, and direct labor/overtime.
• Reports up the chain with effective communication and presentations.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive cost and productivity improvements.
