Job summary

North America is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a large hourly team on a high-volume, repetitive assembly line in West Chester, OH. You will ensure safety, quality, output, and attendance while guiding staff and resolving issues on the floor.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, strong communication, and collaboration skills to work with quality, engineering, maintenance, and planning teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing leadership experience in a repetitive production or high-volume setting.
• Experience supervising a large hourly team with staffing and performance responsibilities.
• Hands-on, on-floor leadership style with strong presence.
• Solid understanding of production workflow, safety, quality, and labor management.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily repetitive production and assembly activities to meet safety, quality, output, and schedule expectations.
• Supervise a large hourly team by assigning work, setting clear expectations, and tracking progress during shifts.
• Stay visible on the production floor to identify staffing, workflow, downtime, quality, or performance issues and resolve them quickly.
• Create accountability by addressing attendance, safety, quality, performance, and conduct concerns fairly and respectfully.
• Coach, train, and motivate employees to stay engaged and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with quality, engineering, maintenance, planning, and leadership to keep production moving.
