Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Industrial, Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Production or Product-management role.
Strong leadership, decision making, teamwork and organizational skills.
Experience with SAP is preferred; MS Office and Excel proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

Lead production team in daily activities including safety, KPI's, quality, scheduling and continuous improvement.
Ensure safety and health standards are met to keep an accident-free organization.
Motivate and support production staff and communicate with upper management about production issues.
Balance increased productivity with reduced costs of manufacturing operations.
Evaluate machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
Develop workflow policies and procedures to improve efficiency while maintaining safety and quality.
Identify concerns that may affect production schedules and ensure on-time customer shipments.
Lead shopfloor management meetings addressing deviations from standard/budget in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Costs.
