Job summary

Total Site Solutions in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Training Coordinator / Systems Trainer to support office and warehouse learners. This role owns LMS administration, schedules training, and maintains SOPs while serving as SME for WMS scanning interfaces and exception handling workflows.

You will partner with the Training Manager to schedule onboarding, support NetSuite WMS training, and ensure audit-ready training records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience coordinating training, administering LMS, or similar roles.
• Proficient with an LMS; ADP Learning Management experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the ADP Learning Management platform: catalog maintenance, course assignments, completion tracking, and reports.
• Coordinate training scheduling across all populations to cover production shifts without throughput disruption.
• Deliver and maintain NetSuite WMS training for warehouse, receiving, and shipping staff.
• Serve as liaison with NetSuite implementation team and update training materials pre-go-live.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and SOX-ready training records.
