Qualifications

• Clear communication with employees and trainees in writing and verbally.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and safety rules.
• Ability to input and verify data in application systems.
• Experience or familiarity with warehouse safety standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach new hires and transferring personnel in day-to-day processes.
• Schedule and conduct hands-on training with related documentation.
• Mentor existing staff to improve skills, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Identify training improvements related to quality, safety, and productivity.
• Assist Training Supervisor with new procedures and process improvements.
