Job summary

Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX, seeks a detail-oriented Training Coordinator / Systems Trainer to support office and support populations and NetSuite WMS users across warehouse functions. You will own ADP Learning administration, schedule training windows, and manage completion records while serving as the team SME on WMS interfaces and workflows.

As the Training Coordinator, you will deliver NetSuite WMS training, assist the Senior Technical Trainer with scheduling and materials,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in training coordination, LMS administration, or equivalent roles.
• Proficient with ADP Learning Management; strong MS Office 365 skills.
• Excellent written communication and detail-oriented process mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn new software and develop training materials.

Responsibilities

• Administer ADP Learning Management: catalog maintenance, assignments, tracking, reports.
• Schedule trainings across populations and coordinate with managers and shifts.
• Maintain SOP library with review cycles and version control.
• Deliver NetSuite WMS training for warehouse, receiving, and shipping staff.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and generate audit-ready records.
• Support training metrics dashboard and liaison with NetSuite implementation team.
