Job summary

DP World is launching a start-up warehouse operation in Commerce, GA and seeks a dynamic Trainer to support workforce development across multiple shifts. You will collaborate with Operations, HR, Safety, and Quality teams to ensure training is engaging, compliant, and ready for peak demand.

You’ll design materials, deliver both classroom and hands-on training, and track progress while helping shape the site culture from Day 1. A strong safety mindset and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of training in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Experience_facilitating_classroom_and_hands-on_training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support employee development across shifts and departments.
• Facilitate onboarding, SOPs, safety and quality training.
• Track training completion and employee progress.
• Coach employees and identify skill gaps.
• Coordinate training with Operations, HR, Safety, and Quality.
