Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and handheld ordering systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure excellent guest service.
• Lead and support the front-of-house team during service.
• Help maintain the restaurant’s upscale standards and atmosphere.
• Manage reservations, seating, and guest needs.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor staff performance and provide support and direction.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure proper use of the POS system and handheld devices.
• Work closely with management and other departments to ensure smooth service.
