Job summary

Hawksmoor Boston is seeking a Floor Manager to run the restaurant floor, ensuring exceptional hospitality and operational excellence in a high-volume setting.

You will lead FOH teams, oversee staff training, and drive a strong culture while maintaining food and beverage knowledge and compliance with Massachusetts standards. This role reports to the Restaurant Manager and is based in Boston.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience running restaurant floors in Boston.
• Experience launching and opening restaurants in Boston and the US.
• Comfortable working in high-volume environments with strong revenue focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations to deliver exceptional hospitality and service.
• Oversee training and education of staff on service standards.
• Identify staffing needs, recruit, interview, hire and train qualified candidates.
• Maintain loss prevention standards including cash handling and deposits.
