Job summary

Hawksmoor Chicago seeks an experienced Floor Manager to lead the dining room and uphold Hawksmoor’s renowned hospitality standards. You will report to the Assistant General Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume Chicago setting.

Responsibilities include training and coaching front-of-house staff, participating in hiring decisions, and enforcing loss prevention and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience running restaurant floors in Chicago or equivalent.
• Ability to train and mentor FOH staff to Hawksmoor standards.
• Comfortable leading high-volume service and managing diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent team service & hospitality.
• Oversee staff training and education on service standards.
• Identify staffing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training needs.
• Maintain loss prevention standards including cash handling and deposits.
