Responsibilities

• As a Hawksmoor General Manager, lead day-to-day restaurant operations delivering Hawksmoor's quality, culture, and service standards at the highest level.
• Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team development; drive a strong feedback culture.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance across the venue.
• Champion the brand, foster inclusion, and manage financial performance and cost controls.
