• Direct daily work activities of all scheduled staff, floor plans and side work.
• Interview, assess and select employees with AGM/GM.
• Monitor registers and discrepancies between shifts.
• Oversee service in the dining room and floor flow.
• Maintain high quality of food and beverages.
• Lead by example to build guest loyalty and regular clientele.
• Participate in meetings with GM, AGM or ownership.
