Job summary

SPiN is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee front of house operations and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. The role requires prior management experience in restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment settings, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to team leadership.

Responsibilities include scheduling service staff, handling guest concerns with tact, managing inventory with cost awareness, and ensuring ongoing staff development and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in restaurant/hospitality/entertainment management required.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
