• Work within budgeted guidelines for Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll.
• Incentivize team to maximize sales and revenue.
• Carry out annual and mid-year appraisals with managers.
• Evaluate guest satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead communications meetings and document minutes.
• Be environmentally aware and support other departments as needed.
• Fill out Fire Safety Log.

Job description

Looking for a Floor Manager with 2 years of experience. The Floor Manager delegates assignments, fills in for absent employees, and ensures customers have a pleasant experience. The main daily task is to control the floor, train and assure that servers and bartenders are adhering to our strict steps of service.

Job Duties

• Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist team in the direction and supervision of food servers, bus-persons, and other staff in reference to schedules, service standards, training, motivation, and safety.
• Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll
• Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
• Carry out annual and mid-year appraisals with Managers under your responsibility
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
• Be environmentally aware
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
• Fill out Fire Safety Log
