Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America seeks a Floor Leader in Willowbrook, TX to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor. You will lead and inspire a team of sales associates, coach peers, and partner with store leadership to achieve goals with enthusiasm and brand integrity.

You will educate customers on Lush values, conduct product demonstrations, and maintain knowledge of skincare lines while promoting a positive, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience with coaching, feedback, and training.
• Interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer experience on the shop floor.
• Lead and coach Sales Ambassadors to meet goals.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethics.
• Demonstrate products and deepen product knowledge.
• Open/close the store, manage cash handling and deposits.
• Foster a DEIB culture and positive team environment.
• Maintain visuals and stock to ensure a compelling store.
