Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a world-class customer experience on the shop floor.
• Lead and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Ensure cash handling and store opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Maintain visuals and merchandising and support inventory tasks.
• Promote DEIB and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
