Job summary

Skechers is hiring a Key Holder to support store operations, lead daily activities, and mentor staff. This entry-level management role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee operations, assist with opening/closing, and promote Skechers products while maintaining a premium shopping atmosphere. Growth into broader retail management is supported within the global brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in retail leadership roles is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: advise customers on Skechers products and fit.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations and store opening/closing procedures.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: help achieve store and individual targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising plans, restock products and maintain cleanliness.
