Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, seeks a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to support store operations and mentor the team in an entry-level retail leadership role. You will supervise daily operations, assist with opening and closing, drive customer service excellence, and help the store meet its sales goals while maintaining a premium shopping environment.

Starting rate is $16.94 per hour with a range up to $17.97; the position offers flexible schedules, employee discounts, on-the-job

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: provide expert advice on products to ensure great experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: supervise daily operations and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: mentor team in customer service, sales, and operations.
• Sales and Goals: help achieve store and individual targets with effective selling.
• Store Operations: manage merchandising, restock, and store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock/inventory and collaborate with management.
• Problem Solving: resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
