Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is hiring a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to oversee daily store operations, mentor the team, and maintain a premium shopping environment. In this entry-level management role, you’ll support sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service across shifts.

Starting pay ranges from $16.94 to $17.97 per hour, with regular increases and opportunities for career advancement within the global Skechers brand. Flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve in-store issues.
• Highly organized to manage inventory, staffing, and other operational tasks.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure great shopping experiences.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising plans, restock products and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and collaborate with management on operational needs.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve in-store challenges to smooth the customer journey.
