Skechers is seeking a dedicated Key Holder (Floor Leader) to support store operations and mentor a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help maintain a premium shopping atmosphere and assist in achieving sales goals.

This entry-level leadership role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement within Skechers' global brand, with a starting hourly rate tied to the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: advise customers to ensure perfect fit and great experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Team Leadership: mentor team members in entry-level retail and daily operations.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising, restock products, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
