The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader in Colorado. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and developing Teammates and leaders.
• Oversee merchandising, store operations and visual standards.
• Support training, coaching, and leadership with the Store Manager and team.
