Buckle is opening a brand new store at the Tanger Outlets Foley in Foley, Alabama on May 1st and will interview now for multiple positions. This Leader in Training and Floor Leader role supports the mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests, performing sales, merchandising and operational tasks with management guidance.

The role emphasizes guest service, leadership, recruiting, training, and a strong focus on sales goals and store standards, including a robust benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience helpful.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Teammates daily.
• Strong customer service, leadership and merchandising skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, provide legendary service and meet sales goals.
• Lead, train and develop Teammates; recruit new team members.
• Maintain store visuals, merchandising and product knowledge.
• Execute POS procedures and loss prevention guidelines.
• Provide feedback to management and maintain a clean, shoppable store.
