Job summary

Buckle is opening a brand-new store at the Tanger Outlets Foley in Foley, Alabama. We are hiring for the Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager roles to lead sales, merchandising and operations.

You will work directly with the Store Manager to recruit and train Teammates, build guest relationships, and drive performance across the team. The roles require leadership, a strong customer focus, and the ability to manage daily tasks from cash handling and inventory to training and schedule

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and guest service.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop Teammates.
• Strong focus on achieving sales goals and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and provide legendary guest service.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates and lead store operations.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on education, schedules and performance.
• Maintain visual standards and Merchandising across the sales floor.
