Buckle in Houston seeks a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive guest satisfaction and store performance. You will work directly with the Store Manager to lead sales, merchandising, and daily operations while recruiting and developing Teammates.

The role emphasizes high standards in customer service, product presentation, and team leadership, with responsibilities spanning greeting Guests, coaching staff, and ensuring smooth POS and checkout experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or guest service experience preferred.
• Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork.
• Shows leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide Legendary Service across the store.
• Assist guests with product knowledge and fashion advice.
• Maintain visual standards and perform merchandising tasks.
• Train and lead Teammates; recruit and onboard new staff.
• Execute store operations, POS procedures, and loss prevention basics.
