Job summary

Buckle is opening a brand-new store at Tanger Outlets Foley, AL. We are hiring for Leaders in Training and Floor Leader roles to build a high-energy team dedicated to an outstanding guest experience.

The positions focus on sales, merchandising and day-to-day store operations, with emphasis on leadership development and working closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and train Teammates, manage inventory and ensure store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Retail experience/training helpful but not required
• Experience in leadership or supervision recommended

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and assist with merchandise
• Answer questions and help locate merchandise for Guests
• Demonstrate product knowledge and share sales education with Team
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service
• Support Teammate recruiting, training and development
• Maintain a clean, shoppable store and follow policies
