Buckle in Mesquite, TX is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

This role focuses on sales, merchandising and operations, including guest service, staff development and visual standards. You will lead by example, coach Teammates, and help recruit and train new team members to grow Buckle's brand in our community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions and help locate merchandise.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to store performance.
