Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Overland Park, KS is opening a new store and hiring Lead in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to deliver the best possible shopping experience. You’ll work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising and daily operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending merchandise, coaching Teammates, and upholding Buckle standards. A high school diploma or GED is required; retail experience is preferred.

• Strong guest service and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to recruit and mentor Teammates.
