Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure an exceptional in-store experience and guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the sales floor in Laredo, Texas. This role supports the store leadership team to boost daily sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, product knowledge, and visual merchandising, with a focus on teamwork and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/POS systems.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
