Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure every customer receives a quality in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates and help keep store operations running smoothly on the sales floor.

You will lead by example on product knowledge, visuals, and customer service, while supporting omni-channel fulfillment and inventory control. This part-time role requires energy, strong communication, and a passion for fashion trends.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required, but leading groups is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
