Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on customer service and uphold Mejuri’s selling standards.
• Maximize store performance by driving KPIs and developing the team.
• Oversee in-store operations including inventory, onboarding, and cross-functional escalations.
• Contribute to merchandising, visual standards, and loss prevention efforts.
