Job summary

Canon Business Process Services seeks a Floor Ambassador I to maintain a strong floor presence, greet visitors with professionalism and deliver elevated hospitality for clients, guests, and vendors.

You will coordinate with facilities, IT, and operations to ensure spaces, services, and supplies are available, manage requests, and support events, printing, shipping, and general office administration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1+ years in mailroom or professional office.
• Hospitality/office inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver high level of customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floor presence and greet visitors with professionalism.
• Ensure space, connectivity, and supplies for professionals.
• Manage service requests with closed-loop follow-up.
• Operate print and shipping tasks (FedEx labels, bindings).
• Input requests into accountability software.
• Support events and special projects.
