You will coordinate with facilities, IT, and vendors to ensure all services run smoothly, while maintaining a premium VIP experience for legal and business professionals.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and a strong customer service mindset in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1+ years’ experience in a mailroom and/or professional office environment.
• Prior hospitality experience (managing office inventory, conference room set up, event assistance, etc.)

Aufgaben

• Own the floor—ensuring all services are functioning and reporting issues to operations teams.
• Greet visitors and provide office services information and directions.
• Handle service requests (printing, shipping, mail, imaging) with a closed-loop process.
• Operate office tools and devices to complete requests and maintain accuracy.
• Input requests and completions into accountability software.
• Support events and provide best-practices for VIP workplace service.
