Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking Float Universal Bankers who travel to multiple branches within their designated coverage area. You will deliver timely and accurate client transactions while providing superior service and identifying client financial needs.

You will also educate clients on digital banking, support sales and service activities, and adhere to internal controls and risk management policies. Availability for weekend hours and ongoing training are required and offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Proven and consistent proficiency in teller or cash handling or client service skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to use office equipment and perform basic mathematical functions.
• Willing and able to follow written and verbal instructions and work under established guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service and provide team support.
• Availability to work Saturdays and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provides a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level and accurate transactions.
• Educates clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Supports team by making client servicing calls and presenting client offers.
• Participates in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Completes applicable training classes and web-based learning.
• Adheres to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serves as contact for account maintenance and issue resolution.
• Float Bankers are assigned to multiple branches within their area and travel as needed.
