Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks Float Universal Bankers to travel among branches within a designated coverage area, delivering timely client service and accurate transaction handling. The role requires weekend availability and a commitment to ongoing training, with duties rotating across locations to ensure superior service and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Proven and consistent proficiency in teller or cash handling or client service skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects
• Ability to use office equipment and perform basic mathematical functions
• Willing and able to follow written and verbal instructions and work under established guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service and provide team support
• Availability to work Saturdays and/or extended hours

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking
• Support sales and service activities by presenting client offers and identifying client needs
• Be a point of contact for account maintenance and issue resolution at assigned branches
• Float Universal Bankers travel to multiple branches within their designated coverage area
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing training to improve client service
