Job summary

Truist is seeking Float Universal Bankers who will travel to multiple branches within their coverage area to complete client transactions accurately and deliver superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online and Mobile) and support sales and service activities as needed, while adhering to controls and risk policies.

• Proven cash handling or client service skills preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to use office equipment and perform basic math.
• Willingness to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service and support team.
• Availability to work Saturdays and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely completion of client transactions and maintain records.
• Deliver superior service and identify client financial needs.
• Educate clients on digital banking (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales and service activities as needed.
• Participate in leadership routines and training initiatives.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as point of contact for account maintenance and issue resolution.
• Float to multiple branches within designated coverage area as scheduled.
