Job summary

Central Bank of the Ozarks is seeking a full-time Teller/Customer Service Representative to work at the Main Bank facility and float to any of our 20 centers as needed. The role focuses on handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, greeting customers and maintaining accounts while presenting a professional image.

You will balance daily cash, assist customers in person or via drive-thru, and contribute to sales goals by cross-selling bank products and services in a relationship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Provide professional image and be the face of the company.
• Balance daily cash drawer and process transactions.
• Cross-sell bank products/services to meet customer needs.
• Follow bank policies, procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other teller transactions.
• Assist customers at lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM.
• Balance cash drawer and research discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate banking products and services.
• Perform teller duties in accordance with bank policies and regulations.
