Job summary

Central Bank of the Ozarks is seeking a full-time Teller/Customer Service Representative to work at the Main Bank facility and float to any of our 20 centers as needed. The role focuses on handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, greeting customers and maintaining accounts while presenting a professional image.

You will balance daily cash, assist customers in person or via drive-thru, and contribute to sales goals by cross-selling bank products and services in a relationship-driven environment.

This full-time position is based out of the Main Bank facility for Central Bank of the Ozarks, but will float to any of our 20 banking centers as needed to perform Teller and Customer Service Representative duties.

Tellers provide a variety of teller account services such as handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, greeting customers and maintaining accounts. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM.
• Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer, and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner always, even in difficult situations. Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating the Legendary Service Standards.
• Recognize and interpret customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer. Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services. Actively participate in the branch sales program and goal achievement.
• Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
