Job summary

Central Bank of the Ozarks is seeking a full-time Teller to support the Main Bank facility and 20 banking centers as needed. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, greet customers, and maintain accounts while representing the bank with professionalism.

The role emphasizes friendly service, cross-selling opportunities, and accurate cash handling. Flexible hours include Saturdays and branch rotation to deliver Legendary Service standards.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills, Intermediate PC and typing skills.
• Ability to count U.S. currency.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate well.
• Must enjoy customer interactions and referrals.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner.
• Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer, and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner always.
• Recognize and interpret customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services to meet customer needs.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
• Actively participate in the branch sales program and goal achievement.
• Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. with rotating Saturdays 8:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
