Job summary

Columbia Bank–Port Orchard, WA seeks a Teller - Float to service clients, handle teller transactions, and travel to cover branches as needed. You’ll balance cash, maintain accuracy, and contribute to risk control while delivering on service standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of banking or customer service experience, and a willingness to learn bank policies and build client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality (deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, check cashing).
• Balance cash drawer and process night drops and ATM activities.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping cash and ensuring funds transfer accuracy.
• Interact with clients, identify needs, and offer appropriate banking products.
• Support branch goals by referring basic bank products to the right partner.
