Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong integrity and customer service mindset.
• Ability to follow procedures while delivering accurate banking transactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain teller records and perform deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, withdrawals and account maintenance.
• Cultivate relationships with customers to assist banking needs or inquiries.
• Cross-sell bank products by informing customers of services and promotions; match needs with products.
• Travel between Argonia, Conway Springs, Norwich, and Wichita as needed; cover other branches.
