Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller - Float to serve as the first point of contact for clients at our Roseville, CA branches. The role travels within the geographic area to cover staffing needs, and daily tasks include deposits, withdrawals, balancing cash drawers, and cash handling with strict accuracy and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, up to 1 year of banking or customer service experience, and may prefer bilingual capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers and text.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process daily cash handling duties.
• Assist customers by identifying needs and referring basic banking products as appropriate.
• Travel within a geographic area to cover branches as a float teller.
