Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller - Float to serve as the first point of contact for clients at our Torrance, CA branches. Based on guidance from Float and Branch Managers, you will perform teller transactions, balance cash drawers, and provide proactive client service while traveling to cover staffing needs across branches.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of banking or customer service experience (bilingual preferred).

Formación

• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred to assist a diverse client base.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality (deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, payments, transfers, check cashing).
• Balance cash drawer and complete daily balancing tasks per procedures.
• Mitigate risk by safeguarding cash and funds; maintain awareness of bank regulations.
