Job summary

Columbia Bank seeks a Teller - Float to be the first point of contact for clients, handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other transactions with accuracy and integrity. You will travel within a geographic area to cover branches, balance cash drawers, and support Branch Managers while upholding Breakthrough Client Service Standards and compliance with bank policies.

Prior banking or customer service experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Balance cash drawer and ATM, ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Perform teller transactions and cash handling per policies.
• Travel to cover branches within geographic area as needed.
• Identify customer financial needs and refer appropriate products.
