Job summary

Columbia Bank seeks a Teller - Float in Willows, CA to be the first point of contact for clients and to perform standard teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality. Travel within a geographic area is required to cover staffing needs at branches.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing).
• Balance cash drawer and process ATM/nigh-drop deposits.
• Mitigate risk and safeguard cash in drawer and equipment.
• Interact with clients and provide proactive solutions aligned with service standards.
• Refer basic banking products to appropriate partners as needed.
